Cleaning fee: 35 €

Flexible arrival and departure days subject to availability and logistics.

Guests are welcomed at the apartment by a concierge, who will do a check-in, hand over keys etc.

If booking directly with us payment can be made in euros or in sterling by bank transfer, cheque or Paypal. We give a receipt for all sums received.

We ask for a damage deposit of 300 € (usually by Paypal or by cheque in euros the day of arrival) or by Paypal, cheque or bank transfer in advance. The Paypal payment / cheque will be returned at the end of the stay subject to there being no damage. Please see contract.
